Echinocereus durangensis. Sunset 9b-11; USDA: 8-10. Hardy to 20° F.  Full sun.  Little water, needs porous soil, limestone in the mix is very helpful.  Usually clumping, forming large colonies up to several hundreds light green stems. Red or orange flowers. Origin: Arizona, New Mexico, northwestern Mexico.
