Cercidium microphyllum (Foothills palo verde). Grows slowly to 10-20' tall with equal spread. Solitary, pale yellow, blooms in late spring. Very drought and heat tolerant. Hardy to 20° F. Native to AZ, Calif. and Baja Mexico. 250 seeds per oz.
