Drought tolerant when established. A beautiful, smaller Agave with solitary rosettes with blue/green leaves with dark red edges. The yellow margin is highlighted by dark reddish teeth giving the leaf four colors. Protect from frost to avoid scarring.This listing is for an Agave 'Blue Glow' plant, 5-6 inches in diameter. Sold rooted without soil or pot.

Alluaudia procera. Madagascar ocotillo or Alluaudia procera, is a deciduous succulent plant species of the family Didiereaceae. Native to Madagascar. Although similar in appearance to the Ocotillo, it is not closely related. Young alluaudias form a tangle of stems that last for several years after which a strong central stem develops The basal stem at maturity leaves a tree-like stem that branches higher up on the main trunk.
